ANNA QUAN offers a seamless returns process for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, ensuring your wardrobe additions are nothing short of perfect. We accept returns that are in original condition, unworn, and with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and retain your receipt for tracking and proof of lodgement.
